We have been very impressed with the customer service from Lexia. We have always been able to speak to the same representative by telephone or email whenever we have needed support.
We decided to implement Lexia to support our children, particularly Pupil Premium, who have returned to school this September needing to catch up in Phonics and Reading skills, after the school closure period due to COVID-19. This has included pupils from Year 1 up to Year 6. The children have all been instantly engaged by the attractive, child-friendly presentation of Lexia and they look forward to their sessions three times a week. The children find it easy to log in and complete the sessions and are motivated by instant feedback and progression through the levels. Some have already earned certificates for completing levels. We can already see an impact just 4 weeks into using the program. Teachers (and SLT) are able to log on to track individual pupils’ progress with detailed graphs and reports which is proving very beneficial.
