A successful implementation sets the foundation of long-term literacy improvement. That’s why we provide bespoke training and unlimited implementation support, to help schools get the most from our literacy programmes.
Our award-winning team of literacy consultants and customer care specialists are always on hand to ensure that your staff feel confident using Core5® Reading or PowerUp® Literacy, and that your pupils make measurable progress on their literacy journeys.

Bespoke implementation support and training for your school
Delivered live over Microsoft Teams, our interactive sessions cover everything your team needs to implement our literacy programmes successfully. Each session is fully tailored to your organisation and can include:
- Whole staff to small group and one-to-one sessions.
- Implementation best practice guidance (from classroom to MAT level).
- Support in reviewing and developing your implementation plan.
- An overview of our blended learning model.
- A demonstration of the Core5® Reading or PowerUp Literacy® literacy programme.
- The Scope and Sequence of the activities and the student experience.
- myLexia™ administration tools to set up your staff and students.
- myLexia Reports and how to evidence progress, identify and support struggling students.

Unlimited ongoing literacy intervention implementation support
Our support doesn’t stop after the initial rollout of your chosen programme. We provide unlimited ongoing literacy intervention support from our experienced customer care team - at no additional cost. We can help with data analysis, training refreshers (for new or existing staff) and an annual online review to benchmark progress and ensure ongoing implementation sustainability and success.
Aligned with EEF best practices
Here at LexiaUK, our implementation process aligns with EEF implementation guidance, which recommends that implementation should be treated as a process, not a single event.
We offer the following support and training in line with the EEF’s 4-step implementation process:
- Explore: We begin with an initial consultation to understand your school’s goals, aspirations and reasons for implementing Lexia.
- Prepare: We provide a personalised Implementation Action Plan and bespoke, targeted training to establish key staff roles and ensure your team can confidently deliver the programme.
- Deliver: Once your implementation plan is in action, our dedicated Literacy Consultants remain on hand to provide guidance and support, helping you implement Lexia effectively.
- Sustain: To maintain long-term impact, we conduct an Annual Online Review as a benchmark, to ensure your school continues to see measurable progress and success.

To further support your team’s professional development, we also offer a range of live webinars and CPD sessions throughout the year. These sessions are aligned with INSET days and provide an accessible way to refresh training, explore best practice and ensure that you’re always getting the best out of our literacy programmes.
