We know that implementing new programmes in schools can feel daunting. That’s why we’ve built our service on three principles; listening, guiding and supporting

Our dedicated team, many of whom are former educators, understand the challenges you face and are always on hand with practical solutions and award-winning customer care.

Listening

We begin by taking time to understand your school’s unique needs and goals.

Through initial consultations and ongoing communication, we ensure that our literacy programmes align with your objectives.

Guiding

Our experienced customer care team, many of whom have taught in primary, secondary and SEND settings, provide tailored training and resources to empower your staff. We offer bespoke virtual sessions, demos and implementation plans to ensure an efficient and seamless programme delivery.

Supporting

We’re there every step of the way and our commitment to you doesn’t end after onboarding. We provide unlimited ongoing assistance through annual support sessions and regular check-ins. If extra support is needed such as where new staff members need training, we’ll provide this at no additional cost.
