Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) Lexia Evaluation Report on KS1 Struggling Readers:

‘Children offered Lexia made the equivalent of two additional months’ progress in reading, on average, compared to other children. These results have a high security rating’

In addition, subgroup analysis on FSM pupils represented an effect of three months’ additional progress.

Have a student that is working very hard but hasn’t yet achieved a Level Certificate? Go to the Core 5 Resources Hub and find a General Achievement Certificate to give them a boost! – Lydia

You can easily see how many licenses you are using.  Simply click onto the ‘Settings’ tab at and then choose ‘License Info’.  To see who is using these licenses, click onto the ‘Manage’ tab and then choose ‘Students’.  Click the ‘Reading License’ tab to organise your list according to who has taken a license. – Katie

 Have you accessed the individual reports for your students? You can view the Progress Reports for individuals as well as the Skills Progress where you can see how accurate the students are versus the rate at which they are answering. – Stuart
