Our Customer Care team have been asked lots of questions this month, below are the two most frequently asked:

How can I evidence progress for my pupils for last term?

It’s easy to show progress for your pupils.  From the class overview, simply click onto the Skill Progress graph on the right side of the screen.  This will show you how many units pupils have gained this year, how many levels they have completed and their progress through their current level.  You can also print this page, by clicking on the print button in the bottom left.

Once I’ve used my licenses can they be recycled?

Yes!  You can recycle your licenses as often as you need to.  You can remove a license from a student under the Manage Tab. Simply select Students, and then click the tag   beside the student name.  No data is lost and the student can be reinstated at any point to continue the program from where they left off.
