What Makes a Successful Evaluation?
A successful evaluation is not just a case of having a ‘quick look’. We only send full versions of our reading software – not demos. By supplying our full product you have the opportunity to evaluate Lexia thoroughly with students and work towards the correct purchasing decision. By following the approach below you and your colleagues will be convinced of Lexia’s worth as you see the response from students.
Please note: Setting up an evaluation is a real cost to our organisation. We are happy to invest time in helping you to develop student reading skills by offering training and advice in the use of our reading software. In return we would like you to commit to the following approach:

What free services will LexiaUK provide?
- An initial consultation with one of our representatives to estimate need and discuss evaluation success criteria.
- A short 30 minute training session, delivered over the web to help you get off to the best possible start. In some areas a representative can visit.
- A review call to discuss student progress and plan for possible purchase.
- Advice on collecting evidence of Lexia’s effectiveness and value. We can also help you write a bid for funds if necessary
In return, we would like you to:
- Evaluate the software fully with students.
- Agree to keep in regular contact.
- At the end of the period you review your success criteria. If the evaluation is deemed successful, you work with us to move towards purchasing.
- If for any reason you do not wish to use the reading software, you uninstall / return the software at no further obligation.
